TERMS OF SALE — JANUSZ ART STUDIO
These terms apply to purchases of digital products from januszartstudio.com. For questions about an order, contact hello@januszartstudio.com. Seller contact details are provided in the store contact information policy.
PRODUCTS AND REQUIREMENTS
Products are downloadable digital files, not printed books or physical goods. Read the product description for the included activities, file formats, paper sizes and intended age range. You need internet access, a device capable of extracting ZIP archives, a compatible PDF reader, and a printer or printing service to use printable products. Adult supervision is recommended for children’s activities.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Store prices are displayed in USD. Review the currency, applicable taxes and total shown at checkout before confirming payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion charges. We do not collect shipping fees for digital products. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.
DELIVERY
Digital delivery is prepared automatically after successful payment. Please provide a valid email address and check your inbox and spam folder. See our digital delivery policy for download instructions and help with missing or inaccessible files.
PERSONAL USE LICENCE
Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, your purchase permits personal and household use, including printing copies for use within your household. Ownership of copyright is not transferred. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the digital files.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND PROBLEMS
Our return and refund policy explains how to request cancellation, exercise applicable withdrawal rights or report a delivery or product problem. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply and are not excluded by these terms.
PRIVACY AND MARKETING
Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. A purchase does not require consent to marketing emails. Marketing subscriptions can be cancelled using the unsubscribe link in an email.
