DIGITAL DELIVERY

Janusz Art Studio sells downloadable digital activity packs. No physical product is shipped and no shipping fee applies.

After successful payment, the digital download service automatically prepares your download link. Check the email address used at checkout, including your spam folder. If the download is offered on the order confirmation page, you can also download it there. Payment processing or technical issues may delay access.

Save the downloaded ZIP file, extract its contents, and open the PDF files with a compatible PDF reader. Printing requires your own printer or a printing service; printing costs are not included. Check the product description for included files, paper sizes and other requirements before purchasing.

If your link is missing or the file cannot be opened, contact hello@januszartstudio.com with your order number. Never send card details or passwords. We will help restore access or address a delivery problem.

Downloads are for personal and household use only unless the product description expressly provides another licence. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the files.
