Refund policy

RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Our products are digital downloads. There is no physical item to send back and no return shipping charge.

To request cancellation, exercise a right of withdrawal, or report a problem, email hello@januszartstudio.com with your order number and a clear description of your request. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Where Norwegian or other applicable consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, you may exercise it within the applicable period after the contract is concluded. You may use the statutory withdrawal form or send an unambiguous statement by email. Merely downloading a file does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights. Any loss of a withdrawal right for digital content requires the consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by applicable law.

If a file is missing, inaccessible, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us. We will address the problem and provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include restoring access, supplying a corrected file, a price reduction or a refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. When a statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made within the legally required period, normally no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
